Model LY-1-30T-24-B backpack heavy-duty AGV, rated load 30,000 kg
Model LY-1-30T-24-B is a 30 ton backpack heavy-duty AGV transporter built for unmanned movement of large, heavy components inside and outside the factory. It carries a 30,000 kg rated load on a 6,000 kg vehicle body measuring L3500 mm x W2200 mm x H600 mm, subject to the co-signed drawing, and a 100 mm lifting stroke lets the backpack deck pick up and set down loads at workstations.
Laser SLAM with natural feature navigation positions the vehicle to millimetre level indoors without magnetic tracks, while hydraulic independent suspension and automatic leveling hold the load steady on uneven factory floors. LiDAR obstacle detection watches the full 360 degrees around the vehicle. Differential drive and a climbing ability of 5 support indoor and outdoor operation, so one platform can link workshops, yards and storage areas.
A 30 t rated load with a 6,000 kg equipment weight moves large molds, wind-power parts and energy-storage containers without waiting for cranes or forklifts.
Natural feature navigation delivers millimetre-level indoor positioning without magnetic tracks, reducing floor preparation work before commissioning.
The backpack lifting deck raises and lowers the load over a 100 mm stroke to engage and release cargo at workstation-to-workstation transfer points.
Independent suspension with automatic leveling keeps a fully loaded vehicle stable on uneven floors and during indoor-outdoor transitions.
Built-in LiDAR obstacle detection covers the full perimeter of the vehicle, protecting both the cargo and people sharing the route.
The main frame uses Q235B steel with Q355B available for special working conditions, matched to the duty cycle confirmed in the technical agreement.

The chassis is built on a welded main frame in Q235B steel, with Q355B specified when a project calls for it. A differential drive layout provides the traction and steering behaviour needed for long, heavy loads in narrow aisles and tight turning areas. Hydraulic independent suspension works together with an automatic leveling system so that a 30,000 kg load stays supported while the vehicle moves across uneven floors, gradients and indoor-outdoor transitions. LiDAR obstacle detection is integrated into the body structure to give 360 degree coverage around the vehicle envelope.
This heavy-duty AGV transporter is applied in aerospace, military industry, high-speed rail, wind power, shipbuilding, heavy trucks, energy storage, engineering machinery, foundries, ports and warehouse logistics. Typical work is the transfer, lifting and workstation-to-workstation movement of large components, molds, wind-power parts and energy-storage containers, reducing reliance on manual driving, forklifts or cranes.

OEM and ODM customization is supported. Material grade, body dimensions, lifting stroke, navigation method, dispatching software and charging or battery-swapping arrangements are agreed per project, and the final configuration follows site assessment and the signed technical drawings. The manufacturing base behind this vehicle was founded in 2008, operates an 8000+ m2 factory with 300+ employees, and has delivered more than 800 large-scale engineering projects.
The rated load is 30,000 kg with an equipment weight of 6,000 kg, on a body of L3500 mm x W2200 mm x H600 mm subject to the co-signed drawing.
No. The backpack heavy-duty AGV uses Laser SLAM with natural feature navigation for millimetre-level indoor positioning without magnetic tracks. Alternative navigation infrastructure can be discussed per project.
Yes. The working environment is defined as indoor and outdoor operation. Site assessment verifies floor load capacity, gradients, turning space and indoor-outdoor transitions before commissioning.
Hydraulic independent suspension with automatic leveling supports the load on uneven floors, and the 100 mm lifting stroke raises and lowers cargo at pick-up and set-down points.
Q235B steel is standard. Q355B steel is optional for special working conditions, and the exact material is confirmed per model and technical agreement.
Built-in LiDAR obstacle detection provides 360 degree coverage around the vehicle to protect the cargo and personnel on the route.
The manufacturer holds an ECM CE certificate (6D230301.TLR0W80, valid to 28 February 2028) for heavy load AGV model LY-AU-240T-12-0A-427 and a TUV Rheinland UL certificate (US 72508429.0001) for the 60T backpack lifting AGV LY-AU-60T-6-08-1011. Certification scope for a selected model is confirmed at technical review.
